1 - Look for the "confirm your email" that we've sent to you. If you use a free email service like gmail, Outlook, or Hotmail, you need to immediately white list my email to ensure delivery.

2 - Add CoachMelanie@melaniebenson.com to your accepted senders.

3 - Move the emails from the promotional tab to the regular inbox.
