The Habits of a Happy Brain: Retrain Your Brain to Boost Your Serotonin, Dopamine, Oxytocin & Endorphin Levels by Loretta Graziano
A shocking number of business leaders, entrepreneurs and influencers are riddled with anxiety, depression and a negative outlook. In this revolutionary book you’ll uncover WHY our brains get hooked into negative patterns, and even better, how to activate the hormones your body already has to feel better. Think of it like this, “feelings that fire together, wire together.” Which means, if you had trauma or repeatedly negative experiences along with some every day behaviors, your brain may have trapped negative feelings as your “default position.”
I absolutely loved this book and have recommended it several times. Between the neuro-science behind happiness and the practical advice, I found this to be one of the most valuable books I’ve ever read. Click the image for the audio book or get the hard copy book here.
