  • A key factor in this technique is your self-talk and mindset for stretching time. I’ll teach you a simple shift in your thinking to activate Liquid Time.

    Hi Melanie,
Your podcast on liquefying time was very interesting for me. I’ve just recently started to teach people how to use time to get into a natural flow. It’s not about control but recognizing time as a friend. I start from viewing time as a cultural belief system based on scarcity. I’d love to have a discussion with you sometime.
Thank you for the wonderful work you’re doing to awaken all of us who want to have a positive impact on our planet.
    Joan

Glad you liked it Joan. Time seems to be one of those resources we never have enough of, so its fascinating to learn to stretch it with the way we perceive time. MB

That was awesome Melanie! I’ve been in this “liquid time” state before, but not sonintentionally. Usually based on urgency. And I totally relate to allowing time to expand to cover however many tasks I have (neverending list) rather than when I am claiming I will be done. Thank you for the simple steps to make itnintentional.
